Halo TV show season 2 – some thoughts

The first two episodes of season two of the Halo TV show have premiered, and in a sick curiosity, I had to check it out. You might think that they would improve the show after the disaster that was the first season, at least that was my initial thought. Oh, how wrong I was. This show is still wearing the skin suit of Halo, and it makes me seriously doubt that anyone involved in writing the episodes has even played one minute of the games, or read anything from the books.

Avowed – The Gameplay Trailers

Finally, Obsidian released something more substantial than a few screens of their upcoming RPG Avowed in the form of a game trailer, and a deep-dive. And what can I say? Well, I can’t say that I feel any kind of hype whatsoever, since going by the footage presented it looks like a fantasy version of The Outer Worlds. That game was one of the biggest disappointments coming from Obsidian Entertainment ever, considering some legendary names were attached to it, like Tim Cain and Leonard Boyarsky.
