The Many Sins of House Ocampo [Trailer]

The Many Sins of House Ocampo looks to be another exciting upcoming point-and-click adventure mystery, made in the style of glorious pixel art. What gets me about the trailer, beyond the captivating visual style, is the oppressive vibe it gives me—especially through the music. It’s loud and ominous, giving me the impression that this will be a deep dive into the occult (with a hint of madness).

The old-timey occult stuff that curses families and the land bound to the family name for centuries—where the mere mention gives shivers down people’s spines. Well, that’s what I hope for, anyway. There is no mention of any release date, unfortunately. But I think a 2026 release is not impossible. Check the trailer after the click.

WOLFHOUND – WW2 Metroidvania [Trailer]

Saw this trailer for WOLFHOUND coming out of The Mix by pure chance. And what can I say? It looks really damn intriguing. It will for you too, if you, like me, enjoy the WW2 setting combined with the mysterious occult. Being a 2D Metroidvania platformer on top of that is a bonus, since who doesn’t love that genre? However, what sets it apart for me, which falls under personal criteria, is that the controls look tight and that it offers great retro visuals. That WOLFHOUND surely does, going by the slick trailer.

It seems like you will be fighting creatures from the cosmic void, Nazi machines created for destruction, and regular old grunts, looking to survive just like the protagonist. According to a press release I found, it’s still some way off, being planned for release in 2026. But time flies, right? Even so, it’s something to look forward to. Trailer after the click!
