Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream – Demo Impressions

My next title on the Steam NextFest repertoire is Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream. It’s a beautiful stealth game viewed from an isometric viewpoint. The premise and setting reminds me of A Plague Tale: Requiem, but with a brother sidekick that isn’t the bearer of rat demons – yet. The visuals and the story are very charming, and detailed. Hell is Us – Demo Impressions

This is a wild one. I downloaded the Hell is Us demo on a whim, and I’m really glad I did. At the most basic, you can say it’s some kind of Dark Souls-lite, at least regarding the fighting. So, is the translation to a complete game any fun and worth the effort? Let’s find out.

All Will Fall – Demo Impressions

All Will Fall is a post-apocalyptic settlement builder in a world that looks like something out of the Kevin Costner film Waterworld. In other words: Humanity has suffered a civilization ending event due to increasing water levels, drowning all the Earth’s cities under the icy cold saltwater. As things go, mankind clings on as a pitiful group of survivors tries to make a new home in this wet and doomed world. And it’s here where you step in, having to guide these castaways in rebuilding an existence for the remaining population.
